Summary of previous part: A new French Ministry of Defense has just opened: The BALARD Hexagon. Alexandre AVEN discovers at the same time how are accredited the parts in "Secret Defense".

After visiting a part of the building site with Commander PAUL, in charge of the "Secret Defense" certification of the BALARD Hexagon, Alexandre was able to meet a site manager and see the security measures on the site.
